At ISC, Second City will improve the skill level of attendees as they guide their internal or external clients to understand what their data is saying and how they can better act on it.

As trained actors, writers and directors, the communication experts at Second City are steeped in the process of telling a good story, from discovery to creation and, of course, in the final “performance.” They train others to develop a stage presence worthy of the exceptional stories they have to tell.
In this workshop, participants will strengthen their skills in:
- Relating better with their audience
- Being more confident in the creation of their story, as well as in the delivery of the message to their audience, while remaining agile and adaptive
- Becoming more creative in their approach to structuring their story
- Demonstrating more confidence in the delivery of data and information in the face of pushback or questions
For their session “Improv for Insights,” Second City will present a live snapshot of their Brandstage process and teach how their expertise in improvisation can help top-notch researchers discover richer, more emotional consumer insights.
They’ll also highlight how insights leaders can create better, more effective ensembles with their brand marketing and agency collaborators.
Overcoming the conventional constraints of traditional market research can be daunting. Second City has developed ways of getting everyone on the same page and collaborating in real-time so research teams can collaborate with their audiences and get to better ideas faster.
